David has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) from Antioch College and Master of Education Degree (Special Education) from the University of Washington.

Additional Information: Geneva began her career at VanTech (Sheltered Workshop) as a Production Manager. Her belief that people with disabilities could work in the community motivated her to seek employment with Employers Overload Supported Employment. Geneva received an ARC Achievement Award for going beyond what is expected.

Additional Information: Gloria has years of employment experience in teaching. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology and Elementary Education) from Muhlenberg College and a Master of Education Degree (Special Education) from Lehigh University.

Additional Information: Shannon has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Psychology) from the University of Oregon, "Go Ducks!" Having a sibling with a significant developmental disability has contributed to Shannon’s desire to get positive results and gives her a unique perspective on the issues.

Additional Information: As a parent of an individual with a significant developmental disability, Kathy has acquired a great deal of information and practical experience both in supporting individuals with disabilities and navigating the systems that provide services to individuals with disabilities. Kathy brings to Employers Overload knowledge and passion to assist our clients in meeting their goals.

Additional Information: Kari first came in contact with Supported Employment at her job, as a direct supervisor for an individual who was supported by Employers Overload. As a result of this experience, Kari decided to pursue a career in this line of work and was subsequently hired by Employers Overload. Kari brings to her position a unique perspective and youthful energy.
